Three former G4S officials accused of helping Thabo Bester escape prison after the Free State High Court overturn the Bloemfontein magistrate's court's ruling.
One of the of the former G4S employees recently arrested for their alleged role in helping Thabo Bester escape jail had been granted R10 000 bail by the court.
Three G4S employees, Joel Makhetha, Moeketsi Ramolula, and Thabang Mier are set to have their bail application heard at the Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court.
The South African police have arrested three more former G4S employees for allegedly help convicted murderer and sexual offender Thabo Bester escape prison.
Thabo Bester and Dr Nandipha slayed in their 20 June court appearances. Bester wore a flashy R23K Loius Vuitton sweater while Dr Nandipha had a full face beat.
The State Prosecutor in the Thabo Bester escape case, Sello Matlhoko, said the South African National Police Service is expected to arrest three more suspects.
Thabo Bester appeared in the Bloemfontein Magistrate's Court, where his legal representatives Jeremiah Pela and Tsireledzo Ndou withdrew from the escape case.
The South African Police Service (SAPS) has warned the public against sharing fake news surrounding the death of the late top cop in the Thabo Bester case.
Thabo Bester's legal representative Tshireledzo Ndou is facing serious criminal allegations and is set to appear in court. He is currently out on bail of R1000.
