A short clip of the trainer at work was posted on the TikTok handle of @aerofitsa, and it has attracted more than 7400 comments from the man's fans.
The physical appearance of the fitness trainer in the TikTok video caught the attention of many people. The man was plus-sized, unlike many fitness trainers with six packs and turgid muscles.
Also, he had a protruding potbelly, making some people wonder how he was able to carry his body.

However, the fitness trainer proved many people wrong because he did his job perfectly, leading people at the gym in a very professional manner.

Earlier, Briefly News reported that a Nigerian mother had a sneak peek into what her daughter does at the gym when she goes there to workout.
The woman was alarmed, and she was quick to tell her daughter to be careful while at the gym so as not to damage her womb.
She said the lady carried weight on her womb, reminding her that she was still going to give birth to children.
