Beyoncé Earned R4.8 Million a Minute for Performing at Dubai Concert

While many people struggle to cover their rent each month, Beyoncé reportedly earned R4.8 million per minute for a private show in Dubai on Saturday, January 21.
The 41-year-old singer appeared at an exclusive event where she did her first live gig in four years.
To mark the opening of the city's Atlantis Royal hotel, she sang 19 tracks over an 85-minute period.
According to reports seen by Unilad, the singer took home a whopping $24 million for her troubles.

When the staggering amount is calculated per minute, you end up with $282,352 per minute.
Beyonce didn’t feature any of her new music in the set list, but she performed hits including Beautiful Liar, Halo, Crazy In Love and Drunk In Love.
During the show, she treated the select audience to a special moment as she brought her 11-year-old daughter Blue Ivy on stage to sing a duet with her.
The pair teamed up to sing Brown Skin Girl, with Beyonce telling the audience:
“Where are all my brown skin girls? Give it up for my baby, my brown skin girl, Miss Blue Ivy Carter.”
The youngster wore a sparkly red suit with trainers and her mum affectionately touched her face as they sang together, with the singer telling the crowd:

As we previously told you, Lupita Nyong'o shared cool moments with singer Beyonce and rapper Jay-Z in Los Angeles.
The three international celebrities were glittering at the star-studded Wearable Art Gala, a benefit celebrating the 5th anniversary of WACO Theater Center founded by co-artistic directors Tina Knowles-Lawson and Richard Lawson.
