Trevor Noah and his ex-girlfriend, actress Minka Kelly, have reportedly changed their status from lovers to friends. The duo was photographed enjoying lunch together at Gyp Sea restaurant in St Barts last week, according to a report by US Weekly.
Until their recent breakup, the pair kept their romance a secret for eight months. They had been living together in New York City, according to an E! News source.
According to Entertainment Tonight, the couple's relationship became strained as a result of their work obligations and jobs and they both felt that they should "take time apart."

When it comes to his personal life, The Daily Show host is quite secretive. He was formerly linked to Jordyn Taylor, an estate agent, until their breakup in 2019.
There were certainly some kind of vibes between the two as Taylor informed fans on Instagram Live months after their breakup that she still loved Trevor.
When it comes to Minka, they might be just enjoying their friendship or looking for a way to rekindle their romance. They certainly don't have any bad energy towards each other if they are still doing lunch dates.

South African-born entertainer Trevor Noah has applauded his companions, US comedic artists Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock, for their inspiration to return to doing stand-up comedy after just about a year from taking the stage.
Trevor took to Instagram at the end of the week to share photos of himself and the hilarious jokesters at the Stand Comedy Club and Restaurant where they performed.
"When you haven’t been on stage in almost a year, and Chappelle tells you it’s time to get back on stage, you get back on stage," said Trevor.
