A local graduate is showing off his latest achievement, taking to social media to share snaps of his newly acquired PhD.

The hard-copy certificate was shared by Twitter user @SFobosi, a doctor of Philosophy from the University of Johannesburg. It's clear the doctor is very proud of his latest achievement.

"Welcoming the hard-copy of my #NQFLevel10," he sweetly captioned the post.

Dr Siyabulela Fobosi is certainly serving education goals. Many curious social media users took to the comments section inquiring about where they might read the graduate's latest dissertation, which he kindly shared was available on the university website.

Meanwhile, Briefly News previously reported that a beautiful South African woman has finally become a graduate. In a Varsity World post, the woman celebrated getting 12 distinctions, which she credits God for.

She also explained that she is dedicating the achievement to her late grandma.

"Dear Lord, we made it with 12 distinctions. You always finish what You started in me. Ah when You show up, You show off. Thank You, Lord.
"Oh, what a journey, there were rejections, pains, fears, financial problems and doubts but grace pulled me through. I dedicate this to my late grandmother. She passed away during my Oct/Nov examinations, it was hard for me. May your precious soul continue to rest in power Mma - Dima Aphane."
