This is the blessing Will Smith's daughter Willow Smith is currently enjoying after getting in studio with her idol, Avril Lavigne.
Briefly News has learnt Willow has been working on a new song with Lavigne, which is set for release soon. According to People.com, Willow was on Monday, June 14, spotted in Los Angeles shooting a music video to her collabo with Lavigne, who she refers to as her ''idol''.
Photos from the video shoot of their next project show the two hugging and belting out in a song and later sharing a high five as they wrapped up the video shoot.
In the footages, Willow embraced her new music style by rocking a ripped yellow T-shirt, neon plaid pants and chunky white boots to complete the look.

On the other hand, Lavigne, 36, brought back the 2000s pop-funk vibes with a black leather jacket, plaid pants and matching studded choker. It is not yet clear when the video will drop but the video is expected to be included in Willow Smith's upcoming album.
This comes as Briefly News has learnt with be Willow's first shot at pop-funk as an artist, a journey she hopes would morph into the heavy metal genre.
Speaking during an interview with V Magazine about the new music, Willow said listening to artists such as Lavigne and My Chemical Romance inspired her new artistic direction.
Willow Smith, who is also the co-host of Red Table Talk, disclosed to fans that her upcoming, yet-to-be titled album will include more features with other musicians than her past projects.
Just recently, Briefly News reported how Willow Smith came out as polyamorous. Willow broke the news on April 28 during a discussion with her mother and grandmother.
Speaking on her mum's Facebook show dubbed Red Table Talk, Willow said she could not see herself having more than two partners. According to Willow, she does not want to get into a monogamous arrangement simply because those around her encourage it.
Explaining her decision, Willow noted that the primary cause of divorce in monogamous arrangements is cheating. Polyamory, for those still in the dark, is having romantic relationships with more than one partner, with all partners' informed consent.
