Former President Nelson Mandela's dream of South Africa being a rainbow nation is still alive and well as proven by the emergence of many interracial couples.

Briefly.co.za profiles five South African interracial celebrity couples and their adorable kids. They show that when it comes to love, skin colour is no barrier.

1. Siya and Rachel Kolisi

Rugby star Siya Kolisi and his wife Rachel have two children together named Keziah and Nicholas. They also care for Siya's siblings, Liyema and Liphelo.

2. Zolani Mahola and Nicholas Klemp

Zolani is the famous lead singer of the musical group, Freshlyground. She and her husband Nicholas have two children together — Eli and Zazi.

3. Raelene Rorke and Nathaniel Clarke

Raelene is a former Miss SA Teen. She and her American husband, Nathaniel, have two adorable daughters, Nyla and Quinn.

Lloyd, a former Idols SA contestant, has three children with his wife Janice. They are son, Levi, daughter Zoey, and son, Kingsley.

TV personality Zuraida has two children, Shia and Zaria, with her husband Josh.
