Blaklez said is he over being called a lyricist, wants to have fun with the music
Hip hop and rapper, Blaklez, took to social media yesterday to put it out there that he doesn’t want to be called a lyricist anymore.

The artist is on every top 5 lyricist list in SA, but Blaklez said he preferred if they removed his name.
He tweeted: “I don’t wanna be called a lyricist anymore”. He explained he just wanted to have fun with the music this year and he is not trying to impress emcees or critics.

In December, Briefly.co.za reported that Blaklez was whisked off to hospital. The rapper took a pic of himself in the ambulance with the caption, "I nearly died", expecting sympathy from his fans. But instead he got a backlash of criticism for taking a pic.
