Yvonne Chaka Chaka is a force to be reckoned with both in the music arena and in the world of international relations.

She recently took part in a 60-second YouTube series called The Legacy Stories.

The princess of Africa said her secrets to succeeding were being herself and keeping her feet firmly on the ground.

She said, "You have to take things as they come - that's what I've learnt in 34 years of being in the public eye."

Yvonne continued, "My ultimate inspiration is those unsung heroes, the nameless men and women who wake up in the morning and go and fend for their families during tough times."
