Eminem got mixed reviews for his performance of his old hit song, Lose Yourself, at the Oscars yesterday.

Although the rapper gave a stellar performance, there was some confusion as to how he's relevant to recent movies and why he chose to perform an 18-year-old song.

Lose Yourself came out in 2002.

It was taken off the soundtrack of 8 Mile, in which Em played the lead.
