Songstress Thandiswa Mazwai is in the process of making a documentary about her life and has asked fans what they'd like to see in it.

Fans are interested in everything, from her upbringing to what it was like working and touring with greats such as Hugh Masekela.

One enquired, "Is this a Q&A sisi, because I have a burning question for you? I have always had a crush on you and I am wondering if it is possible to get a date nyana with you after this corona thingy?"
Thandiswa responded, "I stopped dating men about 14 years ago. Men are nice and everything, but women are so much more. I'm sure you will agree."

The Zabalazi hit-maker said her partner has been a great asset in helping raise her daughter.

She said, "My partner is who I'm really co-parenting with. She has been so selfless and committed and loving."

Thandiswa assured fans she would include the process of discovering she's a lesbian and coming out as gay to friends and family in her documentary.

Thandiswa is also moving forward in a creative sense. Earlier this year, Briefly.co.za reported that the fashionable star had impressed her followers with her eccentric 'Afrokimonos'.
