Somizi Mhlongo showed us all how to put a troll in his place when a fan tried to come for him on Father's Day.

The fan had asked, "How does Somizi celebrate Father's Day?"

Somizi responded, "I wake up. Go outside. Decide which car to drive. Then decide which house I want to sleep at between Free State, KZN, Dainfern, Fourways, Soweto, Parys. Then call my daughter to come get my bank card to spoil herself. Wena (You)?"

Ishu, Somgaga, you ain't have to do him like that.

We definitely know the question stemmed from a place of homophobia though as Somizi is married to another man, Mohale.

Somizi has one daughter, Bahumi, from a previous relationship with a woman.

Fans definitely had Somizi's back against the troll and agreed he had it coming.

Tshegofatso Mphehlo said, "He is a responsible gay father, unlike some straight fathers in this country - and we love him for that. Happy Father's Day, Somizi."

Last year, Briefly.co.za reported that Bahumi had followed in her father's footsteps and bagged herself a role on the MTV Base Lebo Mathosa biopic.

Somizi was beyond proud of the talented youngster, who made quite a good impression with viewers.
