Kanye and Kim Kardashian-West have been making headlines across the globe after rumours emerged of a possible divorce.

The Wests started off the new year struggling to salvage their broken marriage. It is believed the two are currently in marriage counselling after reports indicated they went their separate ways after being married for eight years.

It has been reported that the parents of four were under one roof on Christmas Day together with their children.

TMZ reported that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West kept the Christmas spirit alive by gifting each other expensive machines towards the end of 2020.

A source close to the pair claimed that Kanye gave his wife five brand new Maybachs. Yes, five!

Kim on the other hand surprised the father of her children with artwork worth millions of dollars.

He settled for pieces from famous artist James Turrell’s collection.

Though the two are struggling to make their relationship stay afloat, they know that a divorce is a viable option.

The one tradition they choose not to abandon is celebrating a grandiose Christmas and attaching costly gifts to it.

After their separation news hit the headlines, fans of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim, decided to think of new ways to make a move on.

Briefly.co.za previously reported on the amount of money that would be at stake if the Wests were to divorce. In the wake of a report by Page Six which confirmed that the two may be going their separate ways, an international business magazine, Forbes, has highlighted the amount of money that is possibly at stake.

According to Forbes, Kim and Kanye have a combined nett worth of $2.1 billion and there may be quite a lot of haggling if the couple gets divorced.

However, the fact that this isn’t Kim’s first marriage makes it possible that the couple may likely have a prenup and as such the dividing of their wealth may not come with a lot of trouble as imagined.
