Kelly Khumalo could not be more proud of her son Christian. The musician took to social media to gush about how the young boy complimented her recently.
She also shared that he took pictures of her. She posted the pics on her Instagram page with the caption:
“So I get home and my sons says, you look beautiful Ma, can I take a picture of you. I’m raising a gentleman of note."
Social media users gushed over the beautiful pics and caption. Insta user du.du2032 said:
"Beautiful indeed sis Kelly."
"You truly are."
"And you're beautiful indeed."
Christian is the 10-year-old boy who Kelly shares with rapper Jub Jub. In 2019 Kelly Khumalo made headlines when she refused to allow Jub Jub access to his son after he was released from prison.
Speaking to Pearl Thusi on Behind the Story, the singer said:
“I’m happy with my son hating me later, I’m totally happy with that. I’m raising an honourable man the best way I know how, and what I have experienced at the hands of that person is enough for me to close the door completely.”
Meanwhile Briefly.co.za previously reported that Kelly Khumalo and Zodwa Wabantu are two fearless sisters doing it for themselves in Mzansi. It comes as no surprise that the pair are close friends. Kelly Khumalo recently paid a visit to Zodwa to support her and buy her chickens.
In a video shared on social media, Zodwa and Kelly were seen laughing and chatting while the singer purchased two chickens.
Kelly wanted to buy one male and one female but poor Zodwa couldn’t distinguish the difference between the two genders.
Social media users praised the ladies for the genuine friendship and for supporting one another. Fellow industry peer Nomcebo Zikode commented on the video and said:
“Wow, this is so beautiful, seeing women supporting each other.”
