DJ Speedsta recently bit off more than he can chew on social media recently when he dissed the Amapiano genre. Speedsta thinks that Amapiano DJs play the same song in their sets and he's not impressed at all. He tweeted:
"Piano DJ’s all play the same songs. John Wick 4 times a night."
John Wick is a song that is very popular in Mzansi currently and is up there with Umsebenzi Wethu. Speedsta however, thinks that they play the same songs every single night and quite frankly he's bored of it.
Mzansi social media users were not having it and proceeded to drag DJ Speedsta in the comments section. Many came at him for the songs he produced and fans were not happy. Check out the reactions below:

"Imagine listening to Casper, screaming... I'm rich, I'm rich, I'm rich five times at the groove, make peace SA, hip-hop is no longer the same, it's piano or fokol."
@Pride_Hilfiger commented:
"This is worse coming from a hip-hop DJ, you should have sat down and ate your food because you guys play the same songs every weekend. To add on that, you aren't even killing them son."
@Nick_Swati said:
"Only 4 times a night? I'm disappointed, that song needs to be played at least once every hour."
In other entertainment news, Briefly News reported that an old video of Rebecca Malope surfaced and Mzansi was amused by her former self. Mzansi gospel singer Rebecca Malope is a very spiritual woman and she's faithful to God, that's no secret.
But a video from back in the day has surfaced on social media showing Rebecca in her element as a singer. Rebecca was not singing a gospel song as usual and she was dancing around in a sexy two-piece.
Mzansi social media users were amused and some could not even believe that it was her. Every artist has to start somewhere and it's clear now Rebecca wasn't always a gospel singer.
