South African singer Tyla recently made her mark at the Tipsy Music Festival in Barbados. The star partied with the Bajans, who revealed that she nailed her performance.

The We Wanna Party singer performed some of her greatest hits to date, including her breakthrough single Water, her award-winning song Push 2 Start, and some material from her debut album TYLA.

Tyla also previewed an unreleased song with Nigerian singer Wiz Kid, giving fans a taste of what's to come.

What stood out for most people about Tyla's performance was her ability to embrace other cultures, particularly Barbadian culture. In one of her songs, Tyla called people from the crowd to dance with her on stage, and it was lit.

Tyla is definitely that girl for real. Her new single, IS IT, has received a massive co-sign from the nation's female rugby team for their walkout.

An X user, @Zee_weh_, hailed Tyla as Mzansi's princess after receiving this huge nod.

"Tyla is South Africa's princess for real. Our women's rugby national team, using IS IT as their song choice, is sooo," the user expressed.
