Many celebrities have been trending on social media regarding the changes they made in their bodies and also face through cosmetic surgery, from Khanyi Mbau to the reality TV star Sorisha Naidoo, who bleached her skin years back, and recently, many others have made headlines as pictures of them when they were younger resurfaced.

An online user @SelbyNhleko on Monday, 1 September 2025, posted a video he compiled of many celebrities showing how they used to look back in the days before any plastic or cosmetic surgeries and how they look now. The video showed Winnie Ntshaba, Connie Ferguson, Khanyi Mbau, Thembi Seete and others.
