Tyla Roasted by Americans Over Skimpy Outfit for 2025 MTV VMAs: “These Celebrities Can’t Dress”

South African singer Tyla recently turned heads on the red carpet at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) on 7 September 2025.
The Push 2 Start hitmaker scooped an award for Best Afrobeats for her song, but it was her outfit that had everyone talking, on and off the red carpet.
Tyla wore a super mini Chanel dress that barely went past her booty, and completed the look with tight black shorts and matching Christian Louboutin heels.
However, not everyone was impressed with Tyla's outfit, particularly Americans, who took to theshaderoom's comments section with very harsh criticism of the singer's look. Read some of their responses below:
