Multi-award winning actress Enhle Mbali made an exciting announcement on Instagram recently, and it is sure to be a game-changer.
The star revealed to her 3 million followers that she bagged an ambassador deal with Carlton Hair South Africa. In a move of inclusivity, Enhle Mbali shared that they have taken a direction to work on and work with ethnic hair, and she is the face of it all.
Enhle Mbali bags new deal
The former wife of global DJ Black Coffee has cemented her name and brand in the fashion and beauty industry. She started a fashion house called Essie Apparel and has been seen on many occasions wearing garments from her company.
Carlton Hair SA announced their plans to expand its targeted audience, and is now including ethnic hair. On Instagram, they described their brand as taking inspiration from Hollywood's finest.

Enhle posted pictures taken at the event, giving fans a taste of what they can expect from the partnership. Mbali also wore an outfit from her very own fashion house.

Enhle stuns at Basadi in Music Awards
The beauty keeps serving gorgeous looks and hairstyles. Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa looked stunning at the 4th annual Basadi In Music Awards (BIMA). The event took place at the Joburg Theatre in Braamfontein on Saturday, 2 August 2025.
Enhle Mbali attended the event with her two sons, Anesu and Asante Maphumulo, and they stole the show with their black and white suits from Essie Kids and Essie Teens.
Black Coffee speaks on divorce
In a previous report from Briefly News, divorcee DJ Black Coffee shared how his parents’ failed marriage shaped the husband he wanted to be with Enhle Mbali.
In an interview, he spoke about his failed marriage,
“I think I modelled marriage my own way. Alone. Because of my upbringing and my parents' failing in marriage, and then me not being raised by both of them, I created my own world where I’m like, ‘When I get a chance to do this thing, I’m gonna do it this way.’
Coffee added that everybody in the marriage has a role to play, and how they play their part determines if the marriage works or not.
