What is Zakes Bantwini's relationship history?
Back in 2019, Zakes sat down with Phat Joe on Radio 2000 and opened up about a chapter of his life that left even him in disbelief. He confirmed that he fathered his first child when he was around 12 or 13 years old, making him a teenage father by 14.

"Yes, I impregnated a girl when I was 12/13-years-old. I didn't believe it, my mom didn't believe it, no one believed it. I still don't believe it," he told Phat Joe at the time.
That firstborn child, now 31 years old, lives close to Zakes, and the Clap Your Hands hitmaker confirmed during the interview that the two share a solid relationship. The revelation means that his wife, singer Nandi Madida, is a stepmother to a fully grown adult.
Altogether, Zakes has five children, three of whom were born outside of his marriage to Nandi, spread across four different women.
