American R&B star Tamar Braxton is headed to South Africa, and Mzansi is losing its collective mind. Ndlala Arena made the announcement on Tuesday, 8 September 2026, confirming that Braxton will headline Ndlala Grandeur Season 1 in Pretoria on 16 December 2026.
The event runs across two days, 16 and 17 December 2026, at Ndlala Arena. Ricco Ross, known to many as a star from the hit series Beauty in Black, will serve as co-host for the occasion. Tickets are available through the venue's official website at www.ndlalaarena.co.za.
Ndlala Arena's star-studded events
This is not the first time Ndlala Mall has pulled major American talent to its stage. The venue has previously hosted R&B heavyweights Mya, Tyrese, Ginuwine, and Case, alongside South African singer Vusi Nova, building a reputation as a serious destination for world-class entertainment. The Braxton announcement adds considerable weight to that legacy.
