Netizens express their disappointment

Shortly after it was announced that the controversial reality TV show, which was renewed for its seventh season in January 2025, received a new spin-off on social media, many viewers were unimpressed as they flooded the comment section with their reactions. Here's what they had to say below:

@Penelope_Makala said:

"I’m sure Moja Love can give us better content because wow. I don’t wanna see Thando or Siyacela. Thando is not 6 years old; she’s being abused and doesn’t wanna stand up and work on her future and goals for her child. Haaai!"

@Nokwazi_Zee wrote:

"I wonder what made Moja love think that people would be interested to know more about this family."

"I need moja love to hunt my family, there's content for days phaya, but ndingabikho mna of course my parents, siblings, and I we relocated because we couldn't keep up with the family drama yhooo!"

@SidwellNof9005 responded:

"It's tiring to even watch that boy, Siyacela, again. People have lost interest in that show because of his arrogance and lack of regard for people older than him."

@zintle25190632 replied:

"Probably the show has a lot of views. They received a lot of backlash last season and threats from people wanting to boycott it, so instead of scrapping the show altogether, they gave us a spinoff that doesn’t focus solely on Thando and Siyacela. Same old but different package."

@lifewithbey mentioned:

"At this point, it’s clear that Moja love stands for nothing but abuse and Siyacela’s toxicity."
