Five acts returned to the stage, each performing solo: Sushi, Spinach, Gogga, Pineapple and Sheep. Despite weeks of intrigue and a memorable rendition of Shaggy's Boombastic, Spinach could not survive another round. When the costume finally came off, it was Parow underneath, stunning the audience and the four-person detective panel made up of J'Something, Somizi Mhlongo, Sithelo Shozi and Skhumba.

Speaking in a post-reveal interview on stage, Parow admitted the whole experience was both rewarding and physically exhausting. "I think I kept it pretty well. I'm pretty proud of it. But I must also say I am a little bit relieved. This outfit of mine is like living in a sauna. So it was bittersweet," he said.

He also opened up about the challenge of disguising his voice, which is widely recognised across Mzansi. "My voice is very distinctive when it comes to, if you know it, you know it. So it was also just difficult kind of trying to mask my voice a little bit," Parow explained.
