A young South African man has stirred up major controversy after sharing his honest thoughts about Operation Dudula, calling the movement a complete waste of time and resources.

TikTok content creator @makallarichard posted a video in the third week of July with the caption:

"Operation dudula ke nonsense," where he walked through the streets sharing his strong opinions about the anti-immigration movement.

The gent argued that South Africa has bigger problems to worry about than checking foreigners' documents at hospital gates. He questioned why the movement focuses so much energy on removing people who look exactly like South Africans, yet doesn't challenge other racial groups who might also be in the country illegally.

The content creator suggested that Operation Dudula leaders have their hidden agendas and are making money from the movement while ordinary people follow along and cause problems for fellow Africans. He argued that instead of spending time and resources trying to remove foreigners, South Africans should use that energy to create projects that benefit local communities.

The young man specifically criticised the practice of preventing people from accessing healthcare without proper documentation, calling it morally wrong. He believes this energy could be better spent on helping youth get into schools or starting community development projects.

However, the creator did acknowledge that some foreigners involved in drug dealing and criminal activities should be targeted by Operation Dudula. He argued that the movement should focus on removing people who genuinely harm South African communities rather than those who are creating jobs and contributing positively to the economy.
