Entrepreneur Felix Demin, the owner of Private Jet Villa, which uses a Boeing 737 he converted into a luxury accommodation, gave people a tour of the aircraft. The extravagance had many people's jaws on the floor, while others thought it would be a nail-biting experience staying there.

Luxury vehicle content creator Supercar Blondie shared the virtual tour of the plane on her TikTok account on 14 September, 2025. In the clip, Felix notes that the Boeing 737, with an approximate price tag of R2 billion, could still fly in 2014, until he converted it into a villa in Bali, Indonesia, near the coastline.

According to Private Jet Villa's website, although the project was derailed by COVID-19, it was able to come to fruition in December, 2023.

The two-bedroom luxury plane, which you can reach via helicopter, includes a spacious living area, an amazing view 150m above sea level, a jacuzzi in the transformed cockpit, a marble bathtub, and a large infinity pool, to name a few.

Spending the night there won't be cheap. One night for two adults costs approximately R42 600.

While some people were impressed with the luxury they saw on their screens, other social media users shared critiques of the unique accommodation.

@inked_25 confessed in the comments:

"I'm so scared of planes. This is a nightmare for me."

A surprised @maxizitho102 said to people on the internet:

"My world is shaken. So he bought a working plane to create a house. Mhm, wow."
