The founder of MySol Holdings & Logistics, known on TikTok as @mysolmadibelaofficial, revealed he had just bought 40 machines from Volvo, pushing his total fleet to 150 units.

The purchase included 10 E950 excavators and 30 A40G articulated dump trucks. Volvo representatives were on site at the MySol depot to mark the occasion with a formal presentation, complete with congratulatory signage and aerial drone footage of the sprawling facility.

What made the announcement stand out was not just the scale of the buy, but the impact it was set to have on employment. Madibela explained that running the 40 new machines across two to three shifts would require day workers, night workers, mechanics, and management staff, translating into close to 200 new positions.

The mining mogul's video was reposted on @mysolmadibelaofficial and also revealed that Volvo marked the occasion with a double celebration, noting it was both his 50th ADT and his 100th overall unit purchased from the brand. By the end of 2026, he said he aimed to own 200 Volvo machines alone, with the total MySol fleet projected to reach 300 units. MySol praised Volvo for matching his ambitions each time he placed a large order, something he said many suppliers struggle to do. "Somebody can take it for granted.
