A South African man made the trip of a lifetime to Cape Verde, only to return home with a story that has since had Mzansi in stitches.
On 8 September 2026, X user @Phislash posted a video with the caption: “This bro went to Cape Verde and got disappointed; apparently, the beautiful women are only on TV.” The clip quickly took off, clocking over 321,000 views on the platform.
