A lady named Shelly has received more than R400 000 as a monetary gift from a TikTok user.
The money was raised online and set aside to appreciate the lady who earlier showed kindness to someone else.
How lady got over R400 000 for free
It all started when Jimmy Darts, a TikTok influencer, approached the woman at the laundry shop and asked her for money.

Shelly told him she had no money left since she had exhausted everything.
However, she offered to give Jimmy some soap she had brought out from her bag. Jimmy accepted it and gave her a pair of clothes which contained over R 7 000
Jimmy did not stop there as he raised an additional R400 000 for Shelly. When the enormous monetary gift was announced to her, she cried tears of joy in the video, which has now gone viral.
In the caption, he wrote:
"She said her dad told her that he was proud of her after seeing this video and she said she never thought she’d hear him say that."

Nigerian lady gifted N100k in Asaba
Nigeria's leading news website, Legit.ng reported that a Nigerian lady who moulds blocks received a gift of cash.
The lady was seen in Asaba, Delta state, doing the job which is thought to be preserved for men.
When interviewed in a TikTok video, she disclosed that she was doing the job to support herself in school.
She revealed that she is a student of the Federal Polytechnic, Oko, in Anambra state.
According to the young lady, some friends laughed at her and advised her to follow men for money, but she rejected the idea. A lot of people praised her for looking for money the right way.
She was cited as an example of what young ladies should be and avoid criminal activities.
