The video documents the moment her fiancé’s family visited her family home to request her hand in marriage formally.
In the clip, both families gathered in the living room, dressed in their best attire, seated respectfully as they engaged in traditional marriage discussions. Soon after, the mood became celebratory when stacks of R200 and R100 banknotes were brought out and laid on the floor as part of the lobola payment.
