Three people killed in Kraaifontein

The South African Police Service confirmed that three people have been killed and one injured in three separate shooting incidents in Kraaifontein, Cape Town. Brigadier Novela Potelwa stated that the incidents occurred in Wallacedene, Kraaifontein, in the early hours of Sunday morning, 14 September.

Potelwa said that police crime scene experts are still on the scene. This is the third mass shooting in a week in Cape Town. On Sunday, 14 September 2025, various shots were fired in different areas in Cape Flats, including Hanover Park, Ravenmead, Valhalla Park, Manenburg, Elsies River, and Capricorn.
