United will head to North London without Kobbie Mainoo and Lisandro Martinez after both players picked up a yellow card on Sunday.

Premier League rules on yellow cards

The two were on four yellow cards before the game. A player who gets five yellow cards in the first 19 games of the season is liable to a one-match suspension as explained on the Premier League website.

The rules further change as the games progress. If a player gets 10 yellow cards in the first 32 games of the season, they will be suspended for two games. These suspensions are not carried forward to domestic cups like the FA and Carabao Cup.

Amad Diallo shines under Amorim

Briefly News has also reported Amad Diallo’s pressing and quick transitions were instrumental during Manchester United’s 4-0 triumph over Everton, including an interception that led to Joshua Zirkzee’s goals.
