A man did the unthinkable by paying off his ex-girlfriend's mortgage after realising the financial difficulties were taking a toll on her.
Newport, UK resident Shaun Nyland and his ex-lover, Cat Keenan, dated for six years and were blessed with two kids before problems started emerging in their relationship.
According to The Sun, this was after the couple rose to TikTok fame in 2019, with Nyland gaining over a million followers in a few months.
Keenan started making her monthly salary in one day after fans fell in love with her hilarious clips.

However, despite their success, the couple realised that working together was actually pulling them apart, with Keenan saying she felt like they were friends who worked together.
In March 2021, the couple called it quits but remained friends to co-parent their kids, Tommy and Leo.
Feeling the heat, mortgage paid
After Nyland moved out, Keenan found it difficult to continue paying the mortgage for her four-bedroom house and maintaining her Range Rover, which made her stressed.
To celebrate her 31st birthday on October 31, 2021, the father of two came up with a perfect plan and paid off the entire mortgage to her house.
In a video on TikTok that got 4.3 million views, Nyland disclosed that he had paid off the mortgage and wanted her to have the best birthday ever.
"I know we’re not together anymore, and I’ve been so proud of you, you’re the best mum ever, so I did something. I rang up the bank, I paid off the entire mortgage. This house now belongs to you," he said to her in the video.
At first, Keenan thought it was a prank until she saw the email sent to her by the bank confirming that the mortgage was fully paid.
Apparently, the gesture brought the two close, and they resumed doing TikTok videos together.
Three months later, the two decided to give their relationship a second chance, and this time, Keenan was the one to make a move as she asked Nyland to be her boyfriend.
Man gifts ex-wife's husband

One of the men, an ex-husband, appreciated the other, his ex-wife's new husband, in an emotional manner. The grateful man surprised his kids' stepfather with a pair of sneakers.
In a video shared on Instagram by his ex-wife, the scene opens with the man giving an appreciation speech before his audience of the new husband and kids presumed to be his.
