Imbewu actress Vuyiseka Cawe plays her role on the soapie just a little too well. Her aunt recently vowed to disown her after seeing the drama she gets up to on the e.tv show.

Cawe plays the role of Nokuzola, a woman who's cheating on her fiancé with his brother. This is just the tip of the shenanigans but they were enough to send her aunt over the edge.

Speaking to Briefly News about the family drama, Cawe said:

“I am nothing without my family, to me family is everything. I was shocked when this occurred but then I realised one thing, that my family is my number one supporter. The confusion that was caused by my TV role has now since been cleared and it's out of the way. I did laugh though as this I never expected it. Lol.”

Speaking on how she prepares to play the scandalous character, Cawe said:

“When I prepare for my role, I usually try and find an honest way of portraying the character. I will leave uVuyiseka behind but try to place her in that situation. At the end of the day, the character is human. I strip myself naked.”
