King Monada goes global - He'll be performing in the UK in 2019

The #idibala challenge has taken South Africa by storm, but it didn't stop there. The challenge made it's way to Europe and thanks to its popularity, King Monada will travel and perform across the globe next year.

King Monada's hot track, Malwedhe, has fans going crazy over it. It has already been decided that no festive celebration will be complete without it.

And fans aren't limited to just South Africa, or even the African continent. King Monada's song is a hit in Europe too, and he'll travel there in 2019.

The United Kingdom, Tanzania, Nigeria and Malawi are all on King Monada's calendar for next year, according to a report by The Daily Sun.

The Limpopo singer has been shot into fame after his music was appreciated in the form of a dance challenge.

Briefly.co.za reported earlier how Manada's song made its way overseas and even the Chinese are fainting while doing the #idibala challenge.

The popular #IdibalaChallenge even became a wedding stop. A video was posted on social media that showed a wedding party doing Monada's dance while walking down the aisle.

However, the dance does come at a price. School learners did the dance in their class and got suspended for it. There are reports that some people did the challenge in their car and nearly had an accident. Read more:
