South African actress, model and television host, Amanda Du-Pont, has recently attended an event that is focused on the treatment of cancer.
She shared that she got emotional at this event as she has actually lost family to the disease.
Furthermore, Amanda has family members who are cancer survivors and fighters, though she didn't name any of them
The lovely celeb also gave a shoutout to @antiagingart for hosting the event and the uplifting work it is doing.

Amanda seems to be passionate about supporting events that create awareness about cancer.
Briefly.co.za learnt that in 2015, Amanda joined other celebs like Khanya Mkangisa, Lalla Hirayama, Jessica Nkosi and Khanyi Mbau in a netball game that aimed at creating more awareness of women's cancer.
