Actor and TV producer Thomas Gumede is going to be a dad. The star took to social media to share his good news with his fans.
His baby mama is none other than Mzansi fave, actress Zola Nombona.
Thomas posted a pic of an ultrasound scan with the gorgeous Zola's name and surname clearly written on it.
He captioned the post:
"I remember clearly the day I found out about you. Your mother looked at me and said 'I'm pregnant' and then proceeded to cry. I understood it was tears of joy, anxiety, excitement, disbelief, love and the small realisation that life will never be the same again."
Thomas said he has felt waves of emotions every time his baby responded to his voice or touch. He also revealed that Zola is in her third trimester.
"But more importantly, you have given me something that I couldn’t give myself. I have been fortunate to live the life I have, a life of doing what I love with intense passion. All my achievements and all my ambitions still couldn’t give me what you have. You have given me purpose."

Thomas said he will be a role model, hero, mentor and a friend to his unborn baby boy.
"I promise you that I will do everything in my power to give you the best life opportunities, to smother you with love and kisses until you’re old enough to tell me to stop! I've felt love, but never like this. Woza mfan’wam, sik’lindile (We're waiting for you."
His fans have congratulated the couple.

This year has seen some of Mzansi stars welcoming bundles of joy to their families.
Briefly.co.za has reported that musician Dr Malinga's wife, Boitumelo, gave birth to twin boys a few days ago. Mzansi rapper Slikour and his beautiful wife Melissa’s bundle of joy officially arrived in March this year.
