Somizi's bosom friend TT Mbha has taken to social media to celebrate surviving the coronavirus. The excited businessman announced his recovery on Instagram on Thursday.
TT, who also stars on Somizi's reality TV show Living The Dream With Somizi, had tested positive on 24 June. The star excitedly revealed that he tested negative on Thursday, 9 July.
"I tested positive on June 24! My mental, emotional, spiritual and physical strengths were all put to the ultimate test of survival! I tested negative on July 9. By the mighty and unshakable grace of God, I survived meningitis in 2014 and in 2020 I survived coronavirus!"
Briefly.co.za reported that when TT found out that he was positive for the virus, he called on Mzansi peeps to take the virus seriously as Mzansi had moved to the more relaxed Level 3 of the Covid-19 lockdown.

Following his recovery, TT has now encouraged other Covid-19 patients to stay strong and remain hopeful.
"You can, must and will be a coronavirus survivor too! I thank you all for your prayers."
In other news related to the coronavirus, Brian Temba has also tested positive for Covid-19. The musician shared the bad news with his followers on social media a few days ago. He expressed that he never thought that the virus would affect him.
The musician said as much as he is scared, he trusts God will help him get through this difficult time in his life. The actor was also hopeful that he will beat the virus.
Brian urged his fans to protect themselves and adhere to the lockdown regulations because "this thing is serious".
"I have a family I love, so I have to beat this. I’m on the mend as we speak and will come out victorious."
