- Zodwa Wabantu has allegedly broken lockdown laws by ignoring the ‘travel-for-business-only’ regulation
- She posted a video and snaps on Instagram of her fun day out in nature near Johannesburg
- This is not the first time the entertainer has flouted lockdown regulations
Zodwa Wabantu is yet again in hot water for flouting lockdown regulations. She had previously been dragged for socialising with people without a face mask.
This time the KwaZulu-Natal resident was spotted have a fun outing in Johannesburg.
She had a day out in nature with a group of friends which contradicts the ‘travel-for-business-only’ regulation.
Briefly.co.za learned that her fans have called her out for not taking the pandemic seriously and setting a bad example.
An Instagram user, mbalijacobs1994 had this to say to Zodwa:
"I just don't understand Zodwa. You are a public figure, yet you broadcast wearing no mask, having fun with friends, drinking and dancing. This is a worldwide pandemic. You are your mates will be the ones spreading the virus without any concern. I enjoy how free and happy you are, but you are basically putting everyone in danger by acting like the coronavirus doesn't exist."
This is the caption and video from Zodwa's post:
"Perfect moments around nature and hiking trail ☀️ Beautiful place ever. Love Lives Here❤️❤️ Wealth is in the Mind not in the Pocket ♂️."
Earlier, Briefly.co.za reported that if not playing by the rules was a person, it would be Zodwa Wabantu. The entrepreneur and exotic dancer has continuously shown lockdown rules and regulations the middle finger.
Her latest stunt involved pulling up to the Durban July with a group of bodyguards and her doctor. Everyone wore a mask, except for Zodwa.
The star was dressed to not feel the cold in a skimpy silver dress that showed off her legs. We guess Zodwa just couldn't afford to cramp her style with a pesky face mask.
In other news, Zodwa Wabantu isn't one to let a chance for a good time pass her by. However, the entrepreneur and exotic dancer might have gone too far this time.
Zodwa posted video of herself dancing in a public street with a cider in hand. Her friend joined her and was also drinking. They put on quite a display and appeared to be having the time of their lives.
Zodwa showed off her fancy footwork in sneakers, a crop top and tights. The pair did make sure to keep their masks on. But, the alcohol in their hands still got on some fans' last nerve. Remember, last week, President Cyril Ramaphosa said alcohol sales were completely banned.
