Weekly Wrap: Somizi's R22 000 Appliances and Nomcebo Has a Twin

This week has seen Somizi making the news again with his Smeg addiction as he casually flexed his Dolcé and Gabanna Smeg collection valued at a cool R22 000. Nomcebo Zikode revealed that she had a doppelganger, Masechaba Ndlovu.

Minnie Dlamini shared pics of her baby boy and melted hearts, Nandi Madida showed off her gift she got from Beyoncé and Miss South Africa, Shudufhadzo Musida, had Mzansi sweating with a hot pic of herself.

1. Somizi Flexes His D&G Smeg Collection, Valued at a Whopping R22 000

Somizi Mhlongo posted a video on Instagram of himself squeezing the juice out of oranges, what made the video interesting is that we got to see his Dolcé & Gabbana Smeg appliance collection in the background.

Incidentally, he was using his D&G Smeg juicer which is valued at R8,399 and in the background his D&G Smeg kettle, toaster and blender.

The total amount of the appliances in the frame came up to a whopping R22 000. He also took the opportunity to plug his book which has been doing well, reaching best-seller status.

2. Nomcebo Zikode confuses fans by posting pic of Masechaba Ndlovu

Nomcebo Zikode confused her fans recently when she shared a snap of her look-alike Masechaba Ndlovu on social media. The Jerusalema hitmaker took to Twitter on Saturday, 16 January and posted a pic of the radio presenter.

The musician's fans got confused because she does look like Masechaba, who is Arts and Culture Minister Nathi Mthethwa's spokesperson, in the snap. The singer captioned her post:

"Having a peaceful Saturday afternoon."

3. Minnie Dlamini shares 1st family picture with hubby and son

Minnie Dlamini recently took to social media to share the cutest family picture. The media personality recently gave birth to her son, Baby Netha.

Nandi Madida took to social media to show off a gift she received from the queen herself, Beyoncé Knowles.

The Mzansi celeb shared a picture of her gift and the little personalised note that came with it.

Beyoncé thanked Nandi for being part of her production Black Is King and expressed how grateful she was for Nandi's presence.

5. Miss SA Shudu Musida Trends as Mzansi Debates Her Fiery Bikini Pics

Miss South Africa, Shudufhadzo Musida has left Mzansi buzzing after sharing some sizzling hot pictures of herself rocking a bikini online. Many were left blown away by the beautiful pics sharing many compliments in the comment section.

"One more for hate. Gem stone Miss SA," she captioned the saucy images online.

Not everyone was impressed with her sizzling snaps though as many thought her post to be too revealing and classless - especially with her being Miss South Africa and all. Soon debates were popping up around every corner on Twitter as folks went back and forth criticising and defending the beautiful Limpopo lady.
