A beautiful lady on Twitter named Peng and identified with the handle @Muhle_Tumie has gotten herself in big trouble after suggesting that she was single online.

Peng made this revelation in response to a post by one @DanielMarven who asked single ladies on his follower-list to drop their photos.

@Muhle_Tumie replied the tweet with a breathtaking picture of herself and this drew the attention of her boyfriend who has dated her for seven years.

Peng's boyfriend publicly told her that since she was posing as a single lady on Twitter, this would mark the end of their long time relationship.

The gentleman who is known on Twitter as #Mens further asked his girlfriend to hurriedly come home to pack her things from his place.

#Mens also mentioned that he gave Peng a car and she is supposed to return that to him as well before moving on with her newly-found single life.

In a screenshotted post shared by Sheyi on Twitter, the boyfriend, Femi, asked her why she had been ignoring him, and the conversation which led to the breakup followed.

Jumoke stated that she was tired of managing and pushing things and she needed to live her best life as she had been faithful to Femi.

In other news, break-ups are heartbreaking and not always easy to talk about. South African Twitter users, however, seemed to have no difficulties spilling the tea after the hashtag #DumpedOverPettyThings started trending on Twitter.

Staying true to the theme, locals flooded the timeline with the pettiest reasons why they either dumped or got dumped by someone. While many of the Twitter posts were actually quite sad, a lot of them had tweeps laughing out loud.
