Mzansi actress Asavela Mngqithi came on screen as Ntwenhle on Isibaya and the country fell in love with her character. It has been confirmed that the show will not be renewed for another season and the actors of the show have been pouring out emotional goodbyes.
Asavela was one of them and she took to Twitter to talk about her experience on the telenovela.
The actress was originally only supposed to be on the show for a period of six months but she impressed. Over some time she was added to the cast officially.
" I still can’t believe I made my TV debut on Isibaya," she said.
Asavela also thanked Bomb productions and Isibaya for giving her a shot at acting in one of the biggest productions in the country.
Social media users were touched by Asavela's post and took to the comments section to speak about her character:
"I'm guessing today was the last day. We gonna miss you guys on our screens."
"I am hurt that the show has come to an end. You guys by far have been the best in your own individual rights, the best actors ever to grace our screens. The best performances."

This is according to entertainment blogger and commentator Phil Mphela. Thando has been showing no mercy ever since she started her acting career. The series that the actress is going to be starring in is called Reyka. It is an eight-part investigative crime drama.
