More accusations of sexual assault have emerged against US rapper TI and his wife Tiny.

The celebrity couple has responded to the new allegations against them via a statement. Three more women have reportedly accused them of sexual assault.

The women claim the couple drugged them before they allegedly raped them.

The unnamed women claimed the alleged sexual assaults took place in 2010 in Miami, California, Nevada and Florida.

Complex reports that in a statement released through their lawyer, Steve Sadow, TI and Tiny said they are still waiting for their accusers to reveal themselves publicly.

The publication also reported that Sadow told Billboard that by continuing to hide behind anonymous allegations, the unnamed women "effectively render themselves not credible and unworthy of belief".

The couple has dismissed all the allegations of sexual abuse, drugging and sex trafficking against them.

In related news, Briefly.co.za previously reported that a lawyer called for an investigation into TI and his wife Tiny. At the time, lawyer Tyrone A Blackburn wanted authorities to start a probe into the popular US rapper and his wife after 11 women claimed that they were drugged or sexually assaulted by the celebrity couple.

Blackburn said he sent letters to different attorneys' offices across America, including the US Attorneys for the Northern District of Georgia and the Central District of California, the Los Angeles County District Attorney and the state’s attorney general.

TI took to social media and denied the allegations on behalf of himself and his wife. He posted a video on Instagram where he shared his side of the story. TI captioned the clip:

"No weapon formed against us shall prosper. We vehemently deny ALL these disgusting, anonymous allegations."

Complex reported that although Blackburn had received notices of delivery, no formal investigation had been launched yet.
