- Rapper and TV personality Jub Jub found himself caught up in a roast on social media
- This comes after the media personality made a comment about questioning God after AKA's fiancèe passed Nelli Tembe away
- Many Mzansi social media users shared how they thought that he would be the last person to comment on such things
Jub Jub found himself on the receiving end of a social media dragging when he commented on the passing of AKA’s fiancée Nelli Tembe.
The 22-year-old sadly passed on after she fell from the 10th storey of a hotel in Cape Town.
Jub Jub took to social media to share his thoughts about the tragedy. He said:
“For the first time in my life, I questioned God.”
Social media users were not too impressed by his sentiment especially since the media personality recently came out of jail for a heinous crime. Twitter user @mashibak said:
“You should have also questioned him when you run over those innocents.”
“Sorry sir. With all due respect don't ever question him. He brought you out of prison after you brutally took away 4 innocent lives and crippled many others, furthermore he gave you a second chance whereas most out there haven't even got their first...”
“You really posting this for likes and it is working, you want to honestly say you did not question God when you ran over those innocents?”
“Ai khona bozza you sure first time?”
Meanwhile, Briefly News previously reported that Mzansi is still coming to terms with the death of AKA's fiancée, Nelli Tembe. Nellie passed away on Sunday morning and tributes have been pouring in on social media. An eyewitness has come out and spoken about what transpired on the day of Nelli's death.
A security guard who was on the scene has given an account of what took place that morning.
"I thought it was a car crash and we went to look. At first, we didn’t see anything, and then someone shouted that there was someone lying on the street,” they said.
The security guard said that they had a closer look and realised that it was a naked woman who was still breathing at the time.
A Netcare spokesperson, Shawn Herbst, told IOL that the patient (Nelli) had critical injuries and the paramedics on the scene tried to treat her by providing life support.
"While stabilising the patient her condition rapidly deteriorated and she was sadly declared deceased on the scene,” said the spokesperson.
The Tembe and Forbes families have since released a statement confirming that Nelli has died. Tributes have continued to pour in for her on social media.
