Yanga Chief took to social media recently to share that he is proud to represent Xhosa rappers. The Utatakho hitmaker told his fans on Twitter recently that no one could separate him from Xhosa rap.

The award-winning rapper is popular in Mzansi for rapping in his own language and referencing Xhosa culture in his songs. The star even sang about King Dalindyebo in Utatakho.

Yanga said he plans to start a movement of aspiring Xhosa rappers who have not been heard in Mzansi. He wrote on Twitter:

In related news, Briefly News reported that Yanga Chief finally met King Dalindyebo. The Mzansi rapper travelled to Mthatha in the Eastern Cape a few days ago to meet the king.

The award-winning musician took to Instagram and shared snaps that were taken during his meeting with King Dalindyebo. The king's family was also happy to see Yanga in person.

The BBAF hitmaker raps about King Dalindyebo in his smash hit Utatakho. Yanga was dressed to the nines when the king welcomed him to his home recently. The artist sang King Dalindyebo's praises in his caption. He wrote:
