‘Jerusalema’ Singer Nomcebo Zikode Flaunts New Bentley: “The Life I Prayed For”

Talk about a major flex! South African hitmaker Nomcebo Zikode is riding in style after the purchase of her brand-new Bentley.

Taking to Instagram, on Sunday, 24 August 2025, the Jerusalema hitmaker posted pictures of her new luxury ride. Her loved ones were also photographed next to the car, which had no license plate.

Nomcebo Zikode appears to be driving a new Bentley Continental GT. The star posted three pictures showing off her new ride, with her mother and son also making an appearance. She added a powerful caption which spoke of her working hard to achieve the life she has always prayed for.

"Living the life I once prayed for," she wrote.

Nomcebo recently made headlines after she lost yet another court battle with Open Mic over Jerusalema royalties. Nomcebo claimed to have never received a cent for her vocals on the hit Master KG song. She was also reportedly knee-deep in debt over legal fees. At the time, the label said, "Our door remains open; she just needs to calm down so we can find a solution. But if she wants to keep fighting, that’s her choice; we can’t stop her; it’s her right."

On Instagram, Nomcebo previously flaunted a Mercedes-Benz AMG.

Briefly News asked financial expert Fulufhelani Mashapha about the impact of economic changes and shifting consumer behaviour on the luxury car market in emerging markets like South Africa. She said:

"Economic growth and increasing disposable incomes tend to boost demand. Luxury cars are often associated with success and financial freedom, although this image does not always reflect reality."
