The photo that once made Cyan Boujee trend with Jacob Zuma has resurfaced. This picture was unearthed amid the Russian job scandal, where she and other influencers were called out for promoting it to young girls.

The influencer was part of a campaign targeting youngsters from 18 to 22, who wanted to improve their skills abroad. In her deleted TikTok video, Cyan said the offer guarantees "career growth, a quick relocation, and free flight to, assistance in preparation of documents, accommodation with basic amenities, and on-the-job training.”

She and all the creators who promoted this job opportunity were called out; however, with Cyan's prominence, she became the main target.

Now, a popular X content creator, @ChrisExcel102, re-shared the picture, implying that Cyan has always been a hard worker.

"Cyan Boujee was born a hustler," he wrote adding laughing emojis.

In September 2024, Cyan Boujee claimed that the former South African President is her grandfather. In the photo, the DJ, whose real name is Honour Zuma, and Zuma were in a private jet. Not much context was given on where they were going or what mutual interests they both have.

"Cats out the bag! He’s my grandad," she wrote on Instagram.

Young South African influencer Siyamthanda attempted to clear her name in the Russian program drama. Peeps found out that the program allegedly misled young Africans into assembling drones for Ukraine and more.

She did more damage than good when she shared her side of the story of how she ended up being a part of those who have been promoting this program on social media.

Netizens were not buying her story, as one commenter, @mzuzups, said:

"What she does not understand is that everything she saw, everyone she saw, was not a coincidence, including random chats with South African girls; it was neither random nor coincidental, that's Russia, it was planned for her satisfaction."
