Multi-award-winning artist Chymamusique has shared clips of himself in the hospital, following the car accident on Saturday, 30 August 2025.

The SAMA-award-winning musician also paid tribute to his late friend DJ Poizen, who passed away in Limpopo province after the fatal car crash.

Chymamusique topped social media trends after the accident, when an old social media post resurfaced online.

The Limpopo-born artist shared photos and videos of himself in his hospital bed on his Instagram Stories on Tuesday morning, 9 September 2025.

He wrote: "If ever you doubt God, hit me up in October. What I'm witnessing is a 200% miracle."

The musician also shared on his X account on Monday, 8 September 2025, that he's still recovering in the hospital after several operations.

SA reacts to DJ Poizen’s family pleading for donations

In more entertainment news, Briefly News previously reported that Caven Masetla-Moshoane, aka DJ Poizen's family, was asking for financial help to bury him.

The Limpopo-born musician passed away on Saturday, 30 August 2025, while travelling from a gig with Chymamusique.
