Thuli Phongolo's real estate business is topping social media after pictures of her properties landed on the timeline.

The former Generations: The Legacy actress, having bought a stunning home in March 2025, invested in several township properties through Phongolo Properties. Together with her sister Marcia, she is helping bridge the housing gap in South Africa.

Sharing on their official Facebook page, the ladies advertised their properties, situated in Soweto. From a R1.5 million 12-bedroom Mapetla home to an RDP house in Braamfischerville priced at R370,000.

The houses form part of Thuli's real estate empire, which she uses to flip homes to make a profit. Previously, she listed her mansion for sale for a whopping R7.3 million.
