Netizens react to The Kiffness' R500k loss claim
In the comments, several netizens wondered why The Kiffness didn’t disclose the name of the brand in his post. Others defended the musician and criticised Sizwe Dhlomo.
Here are some of the comments:
@SchalkDormehl asked:
“Sizwe, do you realise how insecure this makes you appear?”
@mzuzups declared:
“Lol, the fact that he is not naming and shaming means he typed this letter himself.”
@jason_kelder said:
“Don’t be jealous of other people’s success. It’s not a good look.”
@lungi_love22 claimed:
“This is a promotional strategy. He’s trying to gain sympathy from the MAGA base and secure a gig equivalent in value to what he claims to have lost. I hope that crowd will embrace his cat-themed music.”
@Wahaenne suggested:
“He's hoping his tweet catches some smoke and gets noticed by the people he's twerking for 'that side'. This is him proudly declaring that he's picked a side and has made the ULTIMATE 'sacrifice' for it. Shem yena, he's funny. I'll give him that. The Komediness!”
@phestahiver shared:
“This guy had traffic, don't be fooled by the fact that we disagree with him. Advertising works different.”
