Model and real estate agent Jazzma Kendrick has gone public with serious allegations against her boyfriend, rapper Rick Ross, claiming he physically assaulted her during their on-and-off relationship. Kendrick shared the claims across a series of Instagram stories that included photos showing a visibly swollen and busted lip.
The posts began with Kendrick responding to a fan who complimented her appearance, commenting that they could see what Rick Ross sees in her because she is attractive. Her reply set the tone for everything that followed.

A second story featured a selfie with the caption, "The day Rick busted my lip and the day I left," while a third showed a more graphic image of the injury. In a deeply personal message accompanying one of the posts, Kendrick wrote, "I don't know a lot of things, but I do know that a man that puts his hands on me is a man that never loved me and never will."

Cassper Nyovest reacts to the allegations
The allegations drew a swift response from South African rapper Cassper Nyovest, who took to X on 27 September 2026 to distance himself from the Aston Martin Music hitmaker.
"Rick Ross just lost a fan in me. I can't rock with men who beat women. That's low vibrational and dumb."
When a follower pushed back, suggesting Ross deserved to share his version of events, Cassper held firm.
"Beating a woman is NEVER EVER the way. No matter what the story is. I can't rock with that. Well, that's me personally."
The Tito Mboweni hitmaker's comments arrive just weeks after he also publicly condemned MacG and Sol Phenduka for joking about the disappearance of slain runner Elizabeth "Tsontso" Moselakgomo on Podcast and Chill, reinforcing what has become a consistent pattern of Cassper using his platform to call out behaviour he finds unacceptable.
